Having experienced anxiety and depression was painful, annoying, and disruptive. My work and mind were going everywhere, but it wasn’t getting me anywhere I need. But it was a great experience to overcome those feelings and concentrate my effort to help others going through the same pain. This was how Ahealo is created with 2 like-minded founders.
