1. User Chat
The purpose of the user chat is to establish text connection chat between the user and the psychotherapist. This is done to facilitate text chat discussion within the platform.
2. Automatic Chat Channel Creation
To protect our users and psychotherapists on our platform, Ahealo will only establish a chat channel between the user and psychotherapist when a psychotherapy appointment is booked by the user. For user privacy and confidentiality, we will not allow users to create chat channels within our platform.
3. Text Chat Only
Similarly, due to user privacy and confidentiality, only text chat is allowed within our platform. No video, image, voice, or files, communication is allowed within the chat channels
